“Mia”
Meet Mia 💗
Our journey with Bernese Mountain Dogs began years ago when I first fell in love with this incredible breed. There is no denying how majestic and beautiful they are, but it was their loyal, loving personalities that truly won me over.
Mia is the girl who started it all.
Mia is our 7-year-old Bernese Mountain Dog and was my very first Bernese. We brought her home when she was 10 weeks old after learning she was the last puppy left from her litter. In my opinion, of course, they saved the best for last! ❤️
Mia is AKC registered, genetically tested and cleared through Embark, and weighs right around 125 pounds. She has always loved farm life and is happiest being able to spend her days both indoors with her family and outdoors enjoying all the sights, sounds, and smells of country living.
Above everything else, Mia has always been a member of our family first. Our small breeding program came later and has simply been a wonderful bonus to sharing our lives with a breed we love so much.
Mia was an amazing mama and raised three beautiful litters of Standard Bernedoodles. We officially retired her from our breeding program in 2023 after her final litter.
These days, Mia gets to enjoy retirement right where she belongs—at home with us. Her breeding days may be behind her, but her place in our family will never change. She is the girl who started our Bernese journey, and she will always have her rightful place in our home and in our hearts. 💗
